A weird grape, Grolleau, made into sparkling (Rosé) wine via an ancient wine making technique, Petillant Naturel – yep, that sounds right up our alley. Add into the mix that it is biodynamic, and completely natural, unfiltered with lots of chunks of funky yeast. Some skin contact here. Tastes like raspberry.
