Orders and Shipping
Shipping is free on orders 5 lb and over. There's a flat $8 rate on subscriptions over 2 lb, and orders under 2 lb are charged the standard carrier rate for your address.
Yes, you'll receive an order confirmation and tracking details by email once it ships.
We roast every Tuesday and Friday. Order by Monday or Thursday at 8 AM and your coffee ships that same roast day, so it reaches you fresh.
Our Coffee & Freshness
We roast in small batches twice a week and ship the same week, so your beans arrive just days off the roaster.
Both! Choose whole bean or the grind for your brewer at checkout, and we'll grind your beans according to your order.
Most of our blends are certified Organic, Fair Trade, Rainforest Alliance, or Café Femenino. Each product page lists that coffee's certifications.
Yes. Our Damn Fine Decaf is decaffeinated with the chemical-free Swiss Water Process, so it keeps its flavour.
Keep it in an airtight container somewhere cool and dark, away from heat, light, and moisture. Buy what you'll drink within a few weeks and grind just before brewing.

Coffee Subscriptions
Pick your blend, size, grind, and how often you'd like it (every 1, 2, or 4 weeks). We roast and ship it fresh on your schedule, so you never run out.

Prepay plans save you between 5% and 10%, along with $8 flat rate shipping!
Yes. Just enter the recipient's address as the shipping address at checkout.
Our Café Locations
We have three cafés in Toronto: Ossington (162 Ossington Avenue), Sorauren (221 Sorauren Avenue), and On The Park (250 Sorauren Avenue). Each location page has hours and directions.
Hours vary by location. Ossington is open Monday to Thursday and Sunday 7:30 AM to 8 PM, and Friday to Saturday 7:30 AM to 11 PM. See the Sorauren and On The Park pages for theirs.
Our Ossington location is a cafe & wine bar, with natural wine and craft beer & many snacks.
Yes. The same beans we pour are available whole bean or ground to take home.
