SPECIALTY COFFEE FOR YOUR BUSINESS

We started as a micro-batch roaster in Kensington Market, and we've spent 27 years learning what wholesale partners actually need: consistent roast quality, beans fresh enough to taste the difference, and a supplier who picks up the phone. Whether you're pouring it on your menu, stocking it on your shelf, or keeping your team caffeinated, we'll build a program around how you work.

All great food comes from land that's been cultivated, tended to and stewarded by many hands. Land, identity, culture and power are often nuanced topics to navigate and create discussions around.

We would like to acknowledge that we are still learning what that means for us as a business and roaster creating, working and growing in T’karonto (the place in the water where the trees are standing). This land is the traditional territory of many nations including the Mississaugas of the Credit, the Anishnabeg, the Chippewa, the Haudenosaunee and the Wendat peoples and is now home to many diverse First Nations, Inuit and Métis peoples.

We also acknowledge the Traditional Owners of the many lands on which our coffee beans are sourced from and recognize their continued interconnection to us.
