Refund policy

Please note that the nature of an agricultural product such as coffee is that there will be fluctuations in coffee aromas and taste as the product is subject to climate and weather conditions at the origin of source. For this reason, we do not process returns for food or beverage items. 

We do our best to roast and process our blends to optimize its original intended taste. For example, last year’s El Salvador coffee was slightly different but we adjusted our roasting to reflect a more consistent tasting product the best we could.
